Sdguthrie International is seeking a focused Logistics Sales Services executive in Malaysia. You will manage credit applications, monitor overdue accounts, and ensure timely payments while coordinating CRM (SAP Hybris) usage by the sales team.

You will handle PO/SO processes, shipment updates, and customer inquiries. Role requires robust logistics knowledge, strong planning and stakeholder coordination, and proficiency in MS Office.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Transportation or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in logistics, transportation operations, supply chain, manufacturing, customer service or material management.
• Familiarity with local and international logistics operations and shipment coordination.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good planning, coordination and organisational skills to ensure timely shipment and delivery.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills to coordinate with stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Manage credit applications for credible customers from the Credit Committee.
• Monitor long overdue accounts and resolve delinquent issues within the specified period.
• Ensure payments are timely received as per remittance advice.
• Coordinate in preparing application of credit release.
• Administer CRM system – SAP Hybris and coordinate in issues related to Hybris usage by sales team.
• Manage incoming Purchase Orders and execution of Sales Orders from issuance to delivery and payment collection.
• Ensure SOPs and company policies are followed; ensure Sales Confirmation/SO/SC are sent promptly.
• Coordinate product matching, sampling, feedback and product analysis results.
• Review and execute new product registration process; log approvals for audit trails.
• Prepare CMD for new customers and update customer data including payment terms and credit limit.
• Provide shipment status updates to customers, coordinate with BU shipping/logistics, and handle inquiries on export/local deliveries.
• Register and review customer complaints; process CPARs with BU and update customers.
• Monitor accounts receivable and outstanding contracts; resolve related issues.
