Job summary

Genting Malaysia Berhad is seeking an Executive in HR Employee Services to manage large-scale employee events and welfare operations at Resorts World Genting. You will organize events for about 12,000 employees, coordinate vendors and venues, and oversee canteen and laundry services to ensure smooth execution and strong employee welfare.

The role requires a degree in HRM/Marketing/Mass Communication or equivalent, plus 2 years HR experience preferred; strong English and Bahasa Malaysia are

• Organize and manage events such as tournaments, carnivals, shopping trips, and activities for nearly 12,000 employees
• Coordinate event planning including refreshments, menu, third-party vendors, entertainers, and venue decorations
• Ensure smooth execution of all employee events
• Manage operations and maintenance of the employee canteen and laundry services
• Promote employee welfare through effective service management

About You

The company is looking for:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Marketing, Mass Communication, or equivalent
• Preferably 2 years of experience in the HR field
• Mature personality that commands respect
• Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Ability to converse in Mandarin or Chinese dialects is an added advantage
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; on-the-job training will be provided
