Job summary

Resorts World Genting, Genting Highlands, Pahang, seeks an energetic Event Manager to support our expanding leisure and hospitality portfolio. You will assist in planning, organizing and executing administrative tasks for events, coordinating with multiple parties and ensuring timelines are met.

In addition to event coordination, you will help ensure accurate monthly management accounts and contribute to delivering exceptional guest experiences at our integrated resort.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business Management/Event Management or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently, multitask, and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in Event Management or related industry is an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.

• Support Operations by planning, organizing and implementing administrative tasks for events.
• Plan, execute, and coordinate events with respective parties within the given timeline.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of monthly management accounts.

Job Responsibility

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skill - English/ Bahasa Malaysia/ Mandarin. Ability to communicate in foreign language will be an added advantage
