Job summary

Resorts World Genting is seeking a capable Talent Engagement & Coordination professional to support events, shows, and entertainment requirements for GENM and affiliates. You will handle engagements for singers, bands, models, and other performers, ensuring contracts, payments, and documentation are in order.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Business Admin or related field, strong coordination and communication skills, and fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with Mandarin as a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 1 year of experience in administration, coordination, event support, or related field preferred.
• Strong coordination, documentation, and liaison skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Mandarin or other Chinese dialects will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays when required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process engagements involving local and foreign talents for events, shows, and in-house entertainment.
• Monitor contractual obligations and coordinate payment processing.
• Assist planning and coordination of off-site shows, events, and activities; liaise with artistes/talents and secure arrivals.
• Provide on-site operational support and coordination for shows, events, and activities; arrange entitlements like accommodation, meals, transport, and related needs.
