Job summary

Resorts World Genting is seeking an HR professional to join our Compensation & Benefits team at Genting Highlands. You will benchmark market data, prepare reports, and support benefits administration to ensure competitive packages for employees.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or related fields, good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, and the ability to handle confidential information with maturity and professionalism. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies or equivalent
Preferably with 1-year experience in HR Compensation & Benefits
Display maturity and command respect
Possess a good command of both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply, as on-the-job training will be provided

Responsibilities

To compile a market remuneration report and make a comparison report against company benefits & an ad-hoc survey
To record benefit data in a timely manner and prepare relevant statistical data and reports
To analyze cost, number of applications etc to determine the effectivness of benefits.
To administer the benefits function in accordance with the Company’s policies and Standard Operating Procedures.
To organize an awareness programme or event such as SOCSO Talk and Income Tax Awareness Talk to all employees.
To arrange necessary meetings with Government Officers and to facilitate additional documents required by Government Officers.
To ensure all policies & procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
To attend to employees on all matters connected to the C&B section.
To Attend to administrative functions and hoc-projects as and when required.
