Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, Office Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–5 years of HR management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee records.
• Support employee relations and workplace grievances.
• Implement and monitor HR policies and compliance.
• Coordinate staff training and career development initiatives.
• Manage performance appraisal and performance management processes.
• Administer compensation, benefits, salary reviews, and related HR matters.
• Maintain HR records, databases, and documentation.
• Support HR audits, governance, and compliance with employment laws.
• Manage office administration, facilities, and organisational assets to support daily operations.
