Institut Darul Ridzuan (IDR) is the think tank for the Perak state government, dedicated to driving impactful policies and strategic initiatives. We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Senior Executive, Research to join us.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate research projects to support state development initiatives
• Develop strategic and operational plans for department
• Provide consultancy and advisory services to stakeholders
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
• Manage resources and ensure operational efficiency
• Publish research findings in reports, case studies, and journals
• Engage with government agencies, NGOs, and private organizations to foster collaboration

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, Economics, International Relations, or a related field within the Social Sciences. A Master’s degree will be considered an added advantage
• Experience: 5-7 years in socioeconomic research, project management, research writing, and consultancy; 3-5 years in public policy analysis and stakeholder engagement
