Job summary

Malayan Flour Mills Berhad (MFM) invites applications for a role focused on accurately analysing, planning and forecasting daily broiler harvesting schedules to meet quantity and size requirements.

You will work closely with Farm PIC, Technician, Harvesting and Logistics teams to balance availability, bird size, and capacity, and you will monitor the harvesting quantity against plans, adjusting schedules as needed.

Job description

Accurately analyses, plan and forecast daily broiler harvesting schedule to meet the quantity and size requirement from DPP.

Work closely with Farm PIC, Technician, Harvesting and Logistics team on the broilers available, size of the birds, Harvesting and Logistic capacity to facilitate the planning of harvesting schedule.

Monitor the actual harvesting quantity vs planned quantity and broilers available to ensure all birds have been harvested.

Respond and modify the schedule of harvesting planning according to the actual changes in farms in comparison to request from DPP.

Analyse and continuously improve the accuracy of forecasting method used to determine broiler quantity and size.

Work closely with relevant parties on Supply Chain planning to ensure sufficient volume of broilers are harvested to meet the demands of the business.

Perform any other task and assignments as directed by the Management from time to time.
