  • Ensure conformance to ISO standards (ISO 22000:2005, ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004), OHSAS 18001:2007, HALAL requirements, and Malaysian Hospital Accreditation Standards.
  • Adhere to Standard Service Practice (SSP) guidelines to ensure quality service delivery and patient care.
  • Ensure full compliance with all legal requirements related to hospital operations.
  • Uphold and implement processes that support patient rights and family involvement.
  • Adopt Patient Safety Goals as recommended by the World Alliance for Patient Safety.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

  • Actively participate in any new services or initiatives introduced by the organization to ensure smooth implementation and contribution to hospital growth.
  • Comply with all company policies, including health and safety policies, to maintain a safe and secure work environment.
  • Ensure conformance to all relevant policies and procedures, including ISO standards (ISO 22000:2005, ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004), OHSAS 18001:2007, HALAL requirements, and the Malaysian Hospital Accreditation Standards.
  • Always Adhere to Standard Service Practice (SSP) guidelines to ensure quality service delivery and patient care.
  • Ensure full compliance with all legal requirements related to hospital operations.
  • Uphold and implement processes that support the rights of patients and their families during care, regardless of age, race, language, religion, or social status.
  • Adopt and practice the Patient Safety Goals as recommended by the World Alliance for Patient Safety (2008), contributing to continuous safety improvement measures.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by management to support the hospital’s operational and strategic goals.

Education:
