Job summary

Integrated Cold Chain Logistics Sdn. Bhd. (ICCL) seeks a proactive forwarding operations coordinator to manage daily import and export activities, including documentation, customs clearance, and carrier coordination.

You will liaise with customers, shipping lines, transporters and internal teams to ensure timely, compliant shipments and accurate records, while supporting process improvements and cost controls.

• Manage and coordinate daily import and export forwarding operations.
• Prepare, check, and maintain shipping, customs, and other relevant documentation.
• Coordinate customs clearance activities and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Liaise with customers, shipping lines, transporters, customs authorities, warehouses, and internal departments to ensure smooth shipment operations.
• Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to customers and relevant parties.
• Handle operational issues, delays, and customer inquiries, and provide appropriate solutions.
• Coordinate with the Customer Service and Operations teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor shipment costs, billing, and forwarding revenue to support department targets.
• Ensure all shipments are handled accurately and within the required timeline.
• Maintain proper records of shipment and customs-related documents for audit purposes.
• Support and guide team members in daily forwarding activities when required.

Responsible for managing and coordinating daily forwarding operations, including import and export shipments, customs clearance, transportation, and documentation. Coordinate closely with customers, shipping lines, transporters, customs authorities, warehouse teams, and internal departments to ensure shipments are handled efficiently and delivered within the required timelines.
