Responsible for managing and coordinating daily forwarding operations, including import and export shipments, customs clearance, transportation, and documentation. Coordinate closely with customers, shipping lines, transporters, customs authorities, warehouse teams, and internal departments to ensure shipments are handled efficiently and delivered within the required timelines.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• 1. Manage and coordinate daily import and export forwarding operations.
• 2. Prepare, check, and maintain shipping, customs, and other relevant documentation.
• 3. Coordinate customs clearance activities and ensure compliance with customs regulations and company procedures.
• 4. Liaise with customers, shipping lines, transporters, customs authorities, warehouses, and internal departments to ensure smooth shipment operations.
• 5. Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to customers and relevant parties.
• 6. Handle operational issues, delays, and customer inquiries, and provide appropriate solutions.
• 7. Coordinate with the Customer Service and Operations teams to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
• 8. Monitor shipment costs, billing, and forwarding revenue to support department financial targets.
• 9. Ensure all shipments are handled accurately and within the required timeline.
