Job summary

ONE IFC HOTEL SDN BHD seeks a Restaurant General Manager for Japanese Fine Dining to lead all aspects of operations, including restaurant and kitchen management, catering, and staff briefings while ensuring brand standards.

You will collaborate with the Director to meet strategic goals, implement SOPs, monitor KPIs, and ensure profitable, high-quality service with budgeting and forecasting aligned to the department's objectives.

Qualifications

• Oversee the management of restaurants and kitchen operations.
• Develop SOPs and quality management systems for brand standards.
• Monitor budgets, forecast, and profitability of F&B department and work with Finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR processes including KPIs, performance reviews, and staff development.
• Plan and execute annual marketing plans to achieve sales targets.
• Ensure compliance with hospitality laws and deliver high-quality guest service.
• Prepare and manage department budgets and monthly financial plans.
