IOI Properties Group seeks an Accountant to handle month-end closing, journal processing, and monthly/year-end reporting with meticulous documentation and timely postings. Collaboration with AR/AP is essential to secure accurate adjustments.

Responsible for the month end closing and ensure all the postings are performed accurately and in a timely manner.
Take charge of the journals processing and ensure all journals are supported with proper documentation and approvals.
Ensure the monthly reporting deliverables are accurately prepared and analyzed.
Ensure the financial affairs are conducted in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Responsible for year-end statutory audit & tax filings and ensure timely submission and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Liaise with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions on the month end close activity, in order to obtain information in respect of appropriate adjustments.
Back up Accounts Payable functions during the absence of the Accounts Payable person in charge of the team.
Ensure proper maintenance of documentation and filing to support all accounting entries.
Responsible to group’s request for monthly and quarterly reporting.
Comply to HDA/authorities requirement including withholding tax and SST (GST if applicable).
Assist in budget or forecast as assigned from time to time.
Assist in monthly project meeting slides compilation.
