Jora Malaysia is seeking a finance professional to manage day-to-day accounting tasks, handling data entry for invoices and vouchers, performing bank reconciliations, and ensuring AR/AP are up to date in IFCA or SQL Accounting.
With a diploma or degree in finance or accounting, you will support monthly, quarterly and annual reports, maintain orderly filing, and collaborate with other departments to keep financial operations accurate and timely.

Manage and ensure that accounts payable, account receivable, inventory, banking, bank reconciliation, journals and general ledger functions are performed accurately, effectively and efficiently.
Perform data entry for invoices, payment vouchers and receipts into IFCA system or SQL Accounting software
Prepare bank reconciliation statements and general journal entries
Ensure account receivable and account payable are up to date
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports for management to ensure accurate and timely submission
Ensure proper filing of documents and vouchers
Coordinate with other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration
Work independently and as part of a team
Assist with ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
Possess at least Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Higher Diploma, Graduate Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking or equivalent
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Proficiency in IFCA and SQL system is an advantage
Working experience in Property Development or Construction sector is an advantage
Specialization in Finance - General or Cost Accounting or equivalent is preferred
