Job summary

Carro is seeking an Executive, Credit Admin (HP Loan Documentation/Disbursement) to verify loan and security documents prior to release, handle e-HAKMILK lodgement requests, and ensure timely delivery within service levels. The role includes post-funding duties, data maintenance, and reporting while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

The candidate should have a diploma or degree, strong Excel/Word/PowerPoint skills, and good written and verbal communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in any related field required.
• Fresh graduates with internship experience may be considered.
• Knowledge of Hire Purchase Act, PDPA, FSA/IFSA is a plus.
• Must be meticulous and detail-oriented.
• Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
• Good writing and communication skills are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Verify all loan documentation and security documents before loan release to Dealers.
• Handle FIS e-HAKMILK lodgement requests from Dealers.
• Monitor deliverables and ensure SLAs are met.
• Perform daily balancing and reconciliation processes.
• Handle post-funding tasks (POP/cover letter prep, mailing, stamping).
• Extract files for Block Discounting submissions to initiate drawdown from banks.
• Manage security documents with outsourced providers and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders.
• Ensure timely loan disbursement and maintain good customer experience.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and issues.
• Create/maintain data under own portfolio; adhere to internal guidelines for Hire Purchase, Credit Terms, and Block Discounting.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly Management Reporting as assigned.

About your role

Responsible for verifying all loan documentation, security documents before loan release to Dealers.

Handle and attend to all FIS e-HAKMILK lodgement requests from Dealers.

Monitor and ensure all deliverables are met within our service level standards.

Perform daily balancing & reconciliation process.

Responsible for handling post-funding functions, i.e, POP/ Cover letter preparation, Mailing, and Stamping of security documents.

Responsible for extracting files for Block discounting submission to initiate drawdown from various banks.

Monitor and manage security documents with outsourced service providers.

Collaborate effectively with the team members to ensure timely disbursement of loans and manage both internal and external stakeholders' expectations to promote a good customer experience.

Attend to any customer's request/issues, resolve and respond to them promptly.

Perform data creation/maintenance under his/her portfolio.

Strict adherence to all internal guidelines, policies & procedures set for Hire Purchase, Credit Terms, and Block Discounting.

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly Management Reporting as and when assigned by HOD or Line Manager.

Handle and deliver any ad-hoc tasks or projects assigned by HOD or Line Manager.

Requirements

A diploma or Degree in any related field.

Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience may be considered.

Possess good knowledge of the Hire Purchase Act, PDPA, FSA/IFSA.

A meticulous and detail-oriented person.

Collaborate effectively with peers and, Line Manager to achieve the desired result.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Good writing and communication skills would be an added advantage.
