Job summary

Pan-Asia Property Management Sdn Bhd, based in Johor, invites qualified professionals to join our expanding team on major development projects. The HQ office at Jalan Tun Abdul Razak anchors our operations and growth.

We seek a Diploma-qualified Quantity Surveyor to prepare cost estimations, manage tender documents, review payments, and attend site valuations, ensuring cost control and timely delivery of quality developments.

Qualifications

• Diploma in a construction-related field is required.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience are expected.
• Experience in large scale mixed development projects is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare / review cost estimation, tender documents and quotations.
• Process / review payment certificates, variation orders and final accounts.
• Collect and compile data on prices of materials, labour, equipment and tender prices.
• Monitor project cost.
• Prepare tender evaluation / analysis.
• Assist superiors in quantity surveying matters.
• Attend site valuations with consultants and contractors.
• Monitor, assess and review variation orders submitted by contractor.
• Liaison with consultants on payment certificates and variation.
• Weekly report update for Superior review.
• Attend CCM / NSC meetings and similar.
• Provide support to Head Office on all site matters.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare / review cost estimation, tender documents and quotations.
• Process / review payment certificates, variation orders and final accounts.

• Assist superiors in quantity surveying matters.
• Attend site valuations with consultants and contractors.
• Monitor, assess and review variation orders submitted by contractor.
• Liaison with consultants on payment certificates and variation.
• Weekly report update for Superior review.
• Attend meetings such as CCM, NSC meeting etc.
• Provide and support Head Office on all site matter.
• Any other site QS matter.

Requirements

• At least a Diploma in Construction Management / Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying or its equivalent.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in large scale mixed development projects is an added advantage.
