Qualifications

Responsibilities

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Corporate Communications Executive to manage and strengthen the company's corporate communications, public relations, and stakeholder engagement activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing corporate communication materials, maintaining the company's corporate image, and supporting communication with internal and external stakeholders. Candidates with relevant corporate experience and exposure to Corporate Business Development will be highly prioritised.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Communication & Public Relations

• Develop and execute corporate communication strategies and initiatives in line with the company's objectives and corporate image.
• Prepare corporate announcements, speeches, company profiles, presentations, newsletters, and other communication materials.
• Manage and maintain professional relationships with government authorities, business partners, overseas suppliers, clients, and other relevant external stakeholders.
• Coordinate corporate events, official functions, meetings, launches, exhibitions, and other corporate activities.
• Support the management team in preparing corporate presentations, briefing materials, and communication documents.
• Ensure consistency of corporate branding and messaging across all communication channels.
• Monitor media coverage and relevant industry developments that may impact the company's reputation or business interests.

Corporate Business Development

• Support corporate business development initiatives by identifying potential business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic collaborations.
• Conduct market research and gather information on industry trends, competitors, potential clients, and business opportunities.
• Assist in preparing business proposals, company presentations, tender documents, and other business development materials.
• Maintain and develop relationships with corporate clients, strategic partners, government agencies, and other key stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support business development activities and corporate projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Corporate Communications, Business, Marketing, PR or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant corporate experience.
• Experience in Corporate Business Development will be highly prioritised.
• Experience dealing with government authorities, corporate clients, overseas suppliers and external stakeholders is an advantage.
• Strong communication, writing, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, confident, organised and able to work independently.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
