Job summary

A property management company is seeking a dedicated individual to handle job assignments and reporting related to renovations. The role involves coordinating with workers and subcontractors for various tasks such as wiring, installations, and updating tenants about unit progress.   • Report work progress and unit progress to the customer.
  • Update the report to the agent on the target ready date for the unit.
Job description

We are a property management and renovation company (Room Rent).

This position is based in the office.

Once the sales person receives an order, you will arrange and assign jobs to workers and subcontractors.

We handle simple renovations such as wiring, fan and light installation, loose furniture, electrical items, and more.

Reporting tasks:

  • Report work progress and unit progress to the customer.
  • Update the report to the agent on the target ready date for the unit so they can look for a tenant.
  • Update the system on the tenancy details of the tenant.
