Job summary

Sunway Medical Centre Damansara is seeking an experienced F&B leader to head the hospital's Food & Beverage operations. This role oversees kitchen operations, patient meals, staff dining and catering services, focusing on food quality, safety and exceptional service.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts or related discipline with a minimum of 10 years in F&B, including at least 5 years in a leadership role, and strong HACCP knowledge to drive operational excellence

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of culinary/F&B experience with at least 5 years in leadership.
• Experience managing large-scale F&B or institutional food service operations.
• Healthcare/hospital experience is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, food safety, cost management and operational controls.
• Proven ability to lead teams across culinary and service operations.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall F&B and culinary operations of the hospital.

What We’re Looking For
