Job summary

Carro is seeking an energetic sales support professional in Malaysia to handle incoming leads, qualify customers, and convert them into test drives and appointments on a daily basis.

You will generate and manage appointments, share current promotions, and coordinate with Branch Managers to keep the sales process moving smoothly. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have at least a SPM/ Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• Fresh graduates or 1 year of related experience are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, NotePad and basic emailing.

Responsibilities

• Attend incoming leads daily using internal system.
• Qualify customers and convert to test drive/virtual appointment daily.
• Generate appointments and create opportunities to convert to sales; share ongoing promotions.
• Assign appointments to Branch Manager daily; ensure accurate, timely information to minimize delays.
• Conduct recovery attempts via calls and WhatsApp on unresponsive leads daily.
• Send WhatsApp appointment reminders one day before scheduled appointments.
• Close tickets when all actions are completed at ticket level daily.

About your role

Attend incoming leads (internal system) on daily basis. Ensure all tickets are attended in a timely manner and update ticket reasons correctly.

Qualified customers and converted to test drive/virtual appointment on daily basis. To generate appointments and create opportunities to convert them to sales. Also, sharing the on‑going promotion for a better approach.

Assign appointment to Branch Manager on daily basis. Ensure accurate and timely information provided to minimise delay in the sales process.

Recovery attempt (call and Whatsapp) on first approached no answer customers on daily basis. Ensure enough approach made and maximum the opportunity to convert to appointment on every single lead before closing ticket.

Whatsapp appointment reminder (1day before actual appointment) based on appointment. To generate better appointment turn‑up conversion.

Closed ticket when all action are completed at ticket level on daily basis. Ensure ticket completeness.

Requirements

Candidates must possess at least a SPM/ Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in any fields.

Fresh graduate or 1 years of working experience in related field or equivalent is required for this position.

Computer literate in Microsoft office, Note Pad and Basic Emailing.

Have excellent organizational, management, communication, and negotiation skills.
