Greet customers, understand their vehicle concerns and recommend appropriate servicing or repairs.
Conduct basic vehicle checks/visual inspections and accurately record customer complaints.
Prepare job cards, repair orders and service cost estimates, including labour and parts.
Explain recommended repairs, service procedures, costs and expected completion times to customers.
Coordinate with workshop technicians and monitor repair progress to ensure timely completion.
Keep customers updated on repair status, changes in costs or completion timelines and obtain approval for additional repairs when required.
Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring issues are resolved effectively.
Review service history and recommend additional maintenance based on vehicle condition and manufacturer specifications.
Follow up with customers after service completion to ensure satisfaction.
Perform other duties or ad-hoc assignments as assigned by the superior.
Diploma or Certificate in Automotive, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Minimum 1–5 years of experience in automotive after-sales, service centre or related operations.
Knowledge of automotive service processes, dealership workflow and OEM service standards is preferred.
Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of vehicle systems and the ability to communicate effectively with technicians.
Good documentation and administrative skills, with the ability to prepare accurate job cards and service estimates.
Knowledge of warranty claims and parts coordination is an added advantage.
