Job summary

CARSOME is seeking a proactive Sales Executive to join our Kuala Lumpur team. You will work in a high-energy sales environment, attending to walk-in and website customers, guiding them from appraisal to test drives and financing applications.

You will also host live product demos to drive showroom traffic and help source high-quality used cars to meet team targets. Ideal candidates have sales or customer service experience, strong listening skills, and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in and website customers inquiry.
• Use your knowledge of CARSOME inventory to assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs.
• Guide customers every step of the way, from sale or appraisal to test drives and arranging financing applications.
• Complete all relevant records and documentation to ensure smooth transactions for our customers.
• Hosting engaging live product demonstrations and Q&A sessions and drive virtual showroom traffic.
• Selling and sourcing high quality used car to expand our inventory and achieve team sales target.

Your Day-to-Day

Your Know-How

Sales and customer service experience, in an area such as retail, hospitality, airline industry is preferred.
