We are seeking a highly organised, proactive and digitally savvy Executive Assistant to the Group General Manager (GGM) to provide executive and business support in managing daily priorities, coordinating management activities and monitoring key action plans.
The role will work closely with the GGM, Heads of Department and internal/external stakeholders to ensure effective follow-up, timely reporting and smooth execution of management directives.
In addition to executive support, the position will also be responsible for supporting the Company's corporate communications, social media and website presence.
The ideal candidate is a dependable and resourceful professional who can work independently, manage multiple priorities, handle confidential information and confidently represent the Company in communications with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Management Support
Manage the GGM's calendar, meetings, appointments and business travel arrangements.
Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, presentations, reports and briefing materials.
Coordinate and follow up with HODs on management directives, action items and deadlines.
Prepare weekly management updates, executive summaries and presentations.
Maintain KPI, project and management action trackers.
Consolidate and analyse business information and highlight key issues for management attention.
Coordinate customer visits, management meetings, audits and corporate events.
Assist with business proposals, quotations, tenders, management papers and special projects.
Handle confidential and sensitive business information with professionalism and integrity.
Corporate Communications & Digital Support
Manage and coordinate corporate social media platforms, including LinkedIn and Facebook.
Prepare professional content covering company activities, achievements, events and business developments.
Maintain a social media content calendar and monitor engagement.
Coordinate website content updates and liaise with the website service provider.
Monitor website enquiries and channel them to the relevant departments.
Assist in preparing company profiles, brochures, corporate announcements and communication materials.
Ensure published content is consistent with the Company's professional image and branding.

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Logistics, Communications, Marketing or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Management Coordinator or similar roles.
Experience in logistics, supply chain or manufacturing is an added advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
Familiarity with LinkedIn, Facebook, Canva and website content management.
Knowledge of AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot is an advantage.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Strong communication, report-writing and presentation skills.
Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently.
