Familiar with the Kuala Lumpur local market; candidates with working or living experience in Kuala Lumpur are preferred.
Experience in the Indonesian market or business coordination is an added advantage.
Basic English communication and writing skills, with the ability to handle daily international business matters independently.
Strong execution and information integration skills, with the ability to communicate instructions effectively and follow up on business operations.

Act as the Chairman's internal and external business representative and liaise with the General Managers of various business divisions in Malaysia.
Communicate the Chairman's business directions and requirements accurately, follow up on progress, and ensure effective implementation.
Collect and consolidate business data, project updates, and operational information from the Malaysia construction and building material rental businesses.
Prepare reports and assist the Chairman with team assessment and business supervision.
Participate in the preparation and development of the construction business in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Assist in building the management team and establishing the building material rental business in Indonesia.
Follow up on business discussions, market development, and communication with partners in Indonesia.
Coordinate with the Chengdu headquarters on e-commerce and business cooperation matters involving Southeast Asia.
Ensure effective communication and information sharing between domestic and international projects.
Liaise with business partners and represent the Chairman in business negotiations and coordination.
Handle various cross-regional business matters and special projects assigned by the Chairman.
