Catan Group seeks an Executive Associate to protect the Managing Directors' time and own our stakeholder relationships end to end. This role turns a growing network of investors, co-sponsors and founder clients into a systematic, scored outreach program, and handles private and administrative matters that come with the seat.

The Associate proactively decides what deserves the leadership's attention and keeps every relationship warm without being asked.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years trusted with someone else's reputation in client-facing roles.
• Experience in investor relations, wealth/private banking, or family office.
• Strong relationship management and discreet handling of sensitive matters.

Catan Group seeks a poised, discreet Executive Associate to protect the Managing Directors' time and own our stakeholder relationships end to end. This role turns a growing network of investors, co-sponsors and founder clients into a systematic, scored outreach program, and handles the private and administrative matters that come with the seat. The Associate proactively decides what deserves the leadership's attention and keeps every relationship warm without being asked.

Where you are coming from

We are weighting relationships here. The strongest fit has spent two or three years being trusted with someone else's reputation: client-facing consulting or advisory, investor relations, coverage work in wealth or private banking, a family office or private office, business development, or account management where the client was senior and the stakes were real.

You also need enough finance for the room to make sense. A term sheet, due diligence, EBITDA, an LP. Not as a specialist, and you will not be building models here. If those words are new, the first six months are much harder than they need to be.
