Job description

Support the delivery of enterprise analytics, reporting and data management initiatives to enable data-driven decision-making across the Group.

The role is responsible for developing analytical reports and dashboards, supporting data analytics initiatives, maintaining data quality and providing operational support for enterprise analytics and reporting requirements.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Analytics & Reporting
  • Prepare recurring reports, dashboards and KPI packs to support business and operational reporting requirements.
  • Assist in the preparation of management reports, presentations and ad-hoc analytical requests.
  • Support data compilation and basic analysis activities to facilitate business reporting and decision-making.
Data Management & Governance
  • Perform data extraction, compilation, cleansing and validation activities from various source systems.
  • Conduct data reconciliation and quality checks to ensure data accuracy, completeness and consistency.
  • Maintain datasets, reporting repositories, metadata and analytics documentation.
  • Support the implementation and day-to-day operations of the ORCA Enterprise Data Platform and analytics initiatives.
  • Assist in maintaining data dictionaries, reporting inventories and data governance documentation.
  • Support Patient 360, executive dashboards, healthcare analytics and enterprise KPI reporting activities.
Project & Stakeholder Management
  • Assist in analytics projects, system enhancements, testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
  • Coordinate with hospitals, subsidiaries and business users on reporting requests and data-related matters.
  • Support vendors and implementation partners in analytics delivery and issue resolution activities.
  • Support data quality improvement and reporting standardisation initiatives across the Group.
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and operational efficiency through automation and process improvements.
  • Keep abreast of analytics tools, technologies and industry practices to support continuous enhancement of analytics capabilities.
JOB REQUIREMENT
  • Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics or related disciplines.
  • Minimum one (1) to three (3) years of relevant experience in analytics, reporting or data management.
  • Basic knowledge of reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, SQL and Microsoft Excel.
  • Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in healthcare analytics and enterprise reporting environments will be an added advantage.
