Job summary

Credit Bureau Malaysia is seeking an Accounts Receivable professional to manage invoicing, payment posting, and adjustments, ensuring accurate AR records. You will support ageing analysis and month-end close, and assist auditors with required schedules.

The role also involves responding to billing enquiries, coordinating with Sales and Customer Service to resolve issues, and maintaining strong relationships with customers, while distributing aging reports to the sales team.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Management or related field.
• 1–2 years in accounts receivable, general finance, or administrative accounting; fresh graduates may apply for entry-level roles.
• Proactive and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage AR operations: generate invoices, record payments, process credit/debit notes, and ensure accuracy of AR transactions.
• Prepare AR ageing reports and assist in month-end closing and auditor schedules.
• Handle customer billing enquiries and coordinate with Sales/Customer Service to resolve issues, maintaining good customer relationships.
• Distribute aging reports to respective sales personnel.

Requirements

• Minimum of Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Management or a related field.
• At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in accounts receivable, general finance, or an administrative accounting role. Fresh graduates are also accepted by some entry-level positions.
• Proactive and able to work under pressure.
