Job summary

MindPec Group is seeking an Exchange Server specialist to lead deployment, optimization, and support of complex enterprise environments. You will serve as SME across Exchange versions, with focus on uptime, security, and efficient mail delivery.

You will analyze environments, document requirements, and collaborate with customers during critical deployment windows to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have extensive Exchange Server knowledge including installation, configuration, and administration of multiple versions (2010/2013/2016/2019).
• Deep experience with high availability and disaster recovery for Exchange, including DAGs and backup/restore strategies.
• Strong understanding of Exchange security best practices, SSL/TLS, and compliance like archiving and DLP.
• Experience managing email security appliances (Cisco IronPort, Mimecast, Proofpoint).
• Experience with Exchange transport services (POP3/IMAP) and backup management.
• Knowledge of Exchange EDGE server and email routing.
• Proficiency in Active Directory and networking as core to Exchange use.
• Experience with migrations/upgrades to newer Exchange versions or Exchange Online.
• Exposure to complex Windows environments (clustering, load balancing).
• Knowledge of Exchange hardening and maintenance, plus DPM backups.

Responsibilities

• You will analyze technology environments and enterprise specifics, document requirements, and help shape collaboration frameworks.
• You will be responsible for deployment, adoption, and support of Exchange Server initiatives, acting as SME and trusted advisor.
• You will participate in technology selection and guide solution development and rollout with customers.
• You will work with customers during downtime for critical deployment and support activities.
• You will ensure security, compliance, and operational excellence across Exchange environments.
