Job summary

Sunway Education Group is seeking an Executive – Examinations to manage examination operations and maintain academic records. The role requires coordinating with departments, handling question paper security, and ensuring compliance with academic policies.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's Degree with at least 2 years in education, strong communication skills, and meticulous attention to detail. This is a full-time on-site role based in Subang Jaya, Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in any field (required).
• Minimum 2 years experience in the education industry, preferably in Registry or Academic Administration.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
• High integrity, professionalism and ethical conduct.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operations of examinations.
• Coordinate with Heads of Programmes/Departments on examination matters.
• Provide administrative support in the conduct of examinations.
• Compile, print, pack and ensure the security of question papers.
• Ensure the accuracy of examination results recorded in EMX, prepare broadsheets, and attend Assessment Board meetings where applicable.
• Print semester reports, transcripts and certificates.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date academic records in physical and electronic formats.
• Respond to enquiries and communicate examination-related information in accordance with data protection policy.
