ROCK MAESTRO SDN. BHD. is seeking a detail‑oriented HR/Recruitment coordinator to manage end‑to‑end recruitment and HR administration for event staff.

You will post jobs, source candidates, screen, interview and prepare job offers while coordinating onboarding and maintaining records. Ideal candidates hold a diploma or degree in HR or business administration, with 1–3 years in recruitment or HR admin. You must communicate well, handle high‑volume staffing, travel when needed and work flexible

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HR management, business administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years in recruitment or HR administration.
• Experience recruiting event crew, promoters, contract staff or high-volume manpower is an advantage.
• Good communication, coordination and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and online recruitment platforms.
• Willing to travel and work flexible hours for event staffing.

Responsabilités

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing and selection.
• Advertise vacancies through suitable recruitment platforms, social media and other hiring channels.
• Recruit permanent employees, contract staff, part-time workers, event crew and promoters according to project requirements.
• Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain a database of candidates for current and future vacancies.
• Prepare job offers and coordinate onboarding arrangements for successful candidates.
• Monitor recruitment timelines and ensure vacancies are filled within the required timeframe.
• Maintain and update employee records, personal files and recruitment documentation.
• Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation and employment documentation.
• Coordinate manpower requirements with the Event and Operations teams.
