Key responsibilities include assisting with job postings and recruitment activities, screening resumes, coordinating interview schedules, maintaining records, onboarding support, data entry, preparing documents and supporting daily office operations and on-site events.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with office tools.

Responsabilités

• Assist with job postings and recruitment activities.
• Screen resumes and coordinate interview schedules.
• Maintain employee and recruitment records.
• Assist with onboarding and HR documentation.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare documents, reports and presentations.
• Assist with filing, documentation and general administrative tasks.
• Support daily office operations and on-site events.
