Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably in events, hospitality, or coworking spaces.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong sales and customer service mindset, capable of driving deals from prospecting to closing.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and listening skills.

Aufgaben

• Assist Sales team in lead generation and qualifying new prospects.
• Support sales campaigns and promotions for event and meeting room sales.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and sales presentations to meet customer needs.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for repeat business.
• Maintain CRM records and track sales performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Marketing to align campaigns with sales strategies.
• Provide on-ground support at client events if required.
