Job summary

PDS Consulting in Malaysia is seeking an Event & Project Executive on a 4-month contract to support international B2B matching events, trade expos, and large-scale public exhibitions. We are expanding our team and looking for a driven Event & Project Executive (4-Month Contract) to support our packed schedule of upcoming international B2B matching events and large-scale public expos!

If you are looking for fast-paced, hands-on corporate event operations and cross-border business experience, this role is for you.

On-Site Event Operations: Ground execution for B2B matchmaking, trade exhibitions, and consumer expos.

Delegate & Client Support: Liaising with Korean delegates, local Malaysian corporate buyers, and event partners.

Logistics & Coordination: Managing attendee flows, schedules, and event marketing materials.
