Job summary

PDS Consulting in Malaysia is seeking an Event & Project Executive on a 4-month contract to support international B2B matching events, trade expos, and large-scale public exhibitions. You will handle on-site operations, delegate liaison with Korean delegates and local buyers, and coordinate attendee flows, schedules, and promotional materials.

Fresh graduates are welcome; strong communication and hands-on teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates, diploma/degree holders, or candidates available immediately.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Energetic, adaptable, and willing to work on-site during event days.
• Prior experience in event management, hospitality, or sales is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• On-site execution for B2B matchmaking, trade exhibitions, and consumer expos.
• Liaising with Korean delegates, local Malaysian corporate buyers, and event partners.
• Managing attendee flows, schedules, and event marketing materials.
