Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an enthusiastic Event Project Executive with strong organizational and creative abilities. You will manage client relations, coordinate with design and project teams, and ensure successful event execution while meeting sales targets.

This role requires 1–2 years in events or related fields, supervisory experience preferred, weekend availability for events, and willingness to travel. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, with MS Office proficiency essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales and project experience in events, exhibition or construction.
• 1–2 years of supervisory or management experience with proven leadership.
• Availability to work weekends for events.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Fresh graduates with a passion for events management are welcome.
• Own transport and willingness to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

We are looking for an enthusiastic, good organizing, exceptional creativity, analytical, flexible skill Event Project Executive to join our team

Responsibilities:

• 1.Maintain to develop a new and existing customer.
• 2.Established contact with potential client in order to close sales contract and delivery excellent customer services at all times
• 3. Liaise & Co-ordinate with client, design & project team, sub-contractor and preparation of relevant documents to ensure smooth operation and collection of payments.
• 4. Managed overall pre-show planning, datelines and execution, site inspection of works in progress whenever necessary.
• 5. To ensure and responsible for event target & sales targets.
• 6. To Negotiate with supplier and recommend suitable price, to immediate superior for approval.
• 7. To work in a fast-paced environment and spontaneous responsive to critical issue.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 1-2 years of sales & project experience in an exhibition, construction, or events industry position. (Fresh graduated welcome to apply too)
• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role, with proven leadership skills.
• Availability to work weekends for events
