Zeekr Malaysia is seeking an Event Manager to plan and execute premium brand experiences across product launches, showroom activations, roadshows and collaborations. You will translate Zeekr's premium identity into memorable events that drive engagement and sales.

Collaborating with dealers, partners and internal teams, you will manage budgets, timelines and vendor relationships to ensure flawless execution and brand-consistent guest experiences.

Job description

The Event Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing all Zeekr Malaysia events, including product launches, lifestyle collaborations, showroom activations, roadshows, and strategic brand experiences. This role requires a strong ability to translate Zeekr's premium brand identity into impactful, memorable events that enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and support sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Event Planning & Concept Development

• Conceptualize creative event ideas that align with Zeekr's premium positioning and marketing objectives.
• Plan annual event calendars in line with product launches, marketing campaigns, and corporate milestones.
• Develop detailed event proposals, budgets, and timelines for management approval.

2. Event Execution & Management

• Oversee all aspects of event execution, including venue selection, supplier management, logistics, and on-site operations.
• Ensure brand consistency across all event touchpoints, from invitations to staging, branding materials, and guest experience.
• Coordinate with internal teams, dealerships, and external vendors to ensure seamless execution.
• Manage premium customer experiences such as VIP previews, test drive events, and lifestyle collaborations.

3. Budget Management

• Prepare and manage event budgets, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising on quality.
• Track expenses, monitor vendor invoices, and ensure spending is within approved limits.

4. Stakeholder & Partner Engagement

• Liaise with dealers, corporate partners, lifestyle brands, and media to maximize event impact and exposure.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, event agencies, and collaborators.
