Warkop Agemie in Shah Alam is seeking a responsible, energetic Restaurant Manager / Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations. The role requires leadership to manage a team and maintain excellent service, with a fixed 4:00 PM–1:00 AM schedule and weekend availability.

The position offers RM2,800 monthly salary with EPF & SOCSO, and meal provided during working hours. A friendly environment and career growth opportunities are highlighted.

Competenze

• Experience in restaurant, cafe or F&B operations is preferred.
• Management or supervisory experience is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Mansioni

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
• Lead, supervise and motivate restaurant staff.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle feedback professionally.
• Monitor food quality, service standards and cleanliness.
• Manage stock, inventory and ordering.
• Monitor daily sales and restaurant performance.
• Manage staff attendance and work schedules.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene and company procedures are followed.
• Resolve operational issues efficiently.
