Job summary

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Positive and enthusiastic about changes in personal transportation.
• Self-starter with excellent time management.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong communication in local language and English.
• Knowledge of Tesla products and local EV incentives is a plus.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a safe driving record.

• Help drive sales through customer service, product knowledge and promotion.
• Follow policies and procedures to satisfy customers and support goals.
• Understand guest needs, intent and timeline to tailor the experience.
• Educate guests by answering questions about Tesla products and incentives.
• Demonstrate mastery of Tesla products and services and local incentives.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline by collecting contact info and scheduling test drives.
• Regularly update the CRM with accurate and timely sales and delivery data.
