Job summary

Tan Chong Motor Holdings Berhad in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an EV Car Sales Advisor to guide customers through the car-buying journey, promote EV features, and deliver an engaging showroom and test-drive experience.

You will be responsible for meeting sales targets, staying updated on EV trends, and providing excellent service. The role offers a basic salary with attractive commission under a contract (urgent/hiring immediately).

Qualifications

• Open to SPM leavers.
• Sales experience in motor trade desirable.
• Self-motivated with a drive to achieve targets.
• Willing to work long hours and at the advertised location.
• Having own car is an advantage.
• Good interpersonal and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with walk-in and online customers to understand needs and recommend vehicles.
• Promote and sell EV and conventional cars, highlighting EV features and ownership benefits.
• Explain EV tech, including battery range, charging, maintenance, and cost savings.
• Conduct test drives and product demonstrations.
• Stay updated on EV trends, incentives and competitor offerings.
• Build strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Meet individual and branch sales targets and maintain showroom standards.
