Job summary

Carro is expanding its premium EV portfolio in Malaysia and seeks passionate Sales Advisors to deliver an elevated ownership experience—from purchase and financing to aftersales support, insurance, and resale.

In this role, you will engage customers, present EV models, conduct test drives, and guide them through loans or leases, while building lasting relationships and contributing to AI-driven initiatives and social media content.

Qualifications

• Candidates must possess at least a SPM in any fields.
• Automotive background is preferred.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
• Strong business sense and automotive industry knowledge.
• Excellent communication and fluent in English, sales and negotiation skills.
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office and basic emailing.
• Ability to organize tasks, prioritize demands, and follow through.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand mobility needs and provide tailored EV solutions.
• Present, promote, and sell EV models and related products.
• Conduct test drives and explain features, benefits, and performance of EVs.
• Stay updated on EV technology, charging infrastructure, and industry trends.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
• Assist customers through end-to-end sales process, including loan/lease applications and vehicle delivery.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Attend product training, sales events, and marketing activities.
