Job summary

Carro in Malaysia is seeking a Sales Advisor to support a multi-brand EV portfolio. The role encompasses not just selling cars but delivering a complete EV ownership experience, from purchase and financing to aftersales, insurance and resale.

You will engage customers, present EV models, conduct test drives, and work toward achieving sales targets while expanding knowledge of charging solutions and related products. On-site, full-time position with benefits.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have at least an SPM; automotive background preferred.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand mobility needs and provide tailored EV solutions.
• Present, promote, and sell EV models and related products (e.g., charging solutions, warranties).
• Conduct test drives and explain features, benefits, and performance of EVs.
• Stay updated on EV technology, charging infrastructure, and industry trends.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
• Assist customers through end-to-end sales process, including loan/lease applications and vehicle delivery.
