Job summary

Cycle & Carriage Malaysia is seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to drive monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets while delivering excellent customer service at the showroom.

You will take part in marketing events, work with Hire-Purchase financiers and insurance partners, and uphold the company image through professional service. Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia and at least 1 year in sales are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification.
• Strong communication and selling skills.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• At least 1 year of working experience in sales.

Responsibilities

• Achieve set sales targets monthly, quarterly and yearly.
• Actively participate in all marketing and promotional events.
• Provide knowledgeable, courteous, responsible and efficient service reflecting the Company’s image.
• Coordinate with Hire-Purchase financiers, Insurance and accessories business partners as directed.
• Adhere to branch rules, showroom duties, and sales process for registration.

Starting monthly basic salary: RM1,850 + plus various commissions, incentives, and more.

Job Description:

• Responsible for achieving the set sales targets; monthly, quarterly and yearly
• Actively participate in all marketing and promotional events.
• To ensure excellent customer service by providing knowledgeable, courteous, responsible and efficient service reflecting of the Company’s image.
• To ensure participation for designated preferred partner for Hire-Purchase Financiers, Insurance and Accessories business partners in accordance with Company’s direction
• To adhere to the rules and regulations set by the branches, including punctuality, showroom duties, sales process for registration, etc.

Your Profile:

• Candidate must possess minimum SPM qualification.
• Strong communication and selling skills.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in sales is required.
