Job summary

MR DIY International seeks an experienced International Expansion Manager to drive growth across Europe. You will lead market-entry initiatives and coordinate between HQ and local teams to ensure successful entry and integration.

The role requires 6–10 years in PMO, transformation, or market expansion, with strong commercial sense and ability to influence senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, global environment. Willingness to travel internationally is expected.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years in regional or international PMO, business transformation or market expansion.
• Proven track record managing cross-border projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Understanding of market entry, operating model implementation, and readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end international expansion programmes focused on Europe with strategic milestones.
• Develop and execute market-entry roadmaps, including business readiness and post-launch stabilization.
• Interface between headquarters and local market teams to align priorities and accelerate decisions.
• Establish governance, plans, risk management, and performance reporting for programmes.
