Job summary

MR DIY International seeks an SPO Assistant Manager to drive high-impact strategic projects across the enterprise. You will shape scope, structure, and execution, aligning leadership priorities and delivering value across Operations, Finance, IT, and Compliance.

You will build governance frameworks, run data-driven analyses, and mentor junior analysts while partnering with executive leaders to ensure timely, measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field with strong analytical background.
• 4–6 years of experience in corporate PMO or strategic roles.
• Experience in fast-paced or complex environments with cross-functional operations.
• Strong data-driven decision making and financial modelling.
• Excellent English communication; Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional strategic projects from initiation to BAU handoff.
• Develop governance frameworks, WBS, milestones, and risk tracking.
• Build financial and operational models to quantify trade-offs.
• Prepare executive dashboards and business cases.
• Mentor junior analysts and guide workstreams.
