Job summary

MR DIY International is seeking an International Business Development Senior Executive to lead expansion strategies across SEA and Europe. You will perform market analysis, develop business plans, and coordinate with finance, legal, marketing and operations to ensure smooth rollout of new and existing stores.

You will engage stakeholders, monitor performance, adjust strategies, and provide essential back-end support to the Local International Expansion team.

Responsibilities

• Market Analysis and Research: Conduct detailed market analysis for SEA region and Europe, identify opportunities and prepare feasibility studies.
• Expansion Planning and Development: Evaluate store sites, develop strategic expansion plans, monitor performance and adjust strategies.
• Stakeholders Coordination and Engagement: Coordinate with finance, legal, marketing, operations and admin to align actions and maintain relationships.
