Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, Accounting, or related field; ACCA, CFA a plus.
• 2–7 years of experience from management consulting, investment banking, venture capital, or corporate strategy.
• Experience in high-growth startups, retail, or other fast-paced environments is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and project management capabilities.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders across regions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in engaging senior management.
• Proficient in Excel and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth market research and analysis (demographics, competition, regulatory landscape, and market mapping) to inform country strategies and business decisions.

• Oversee post-country expansion activities, ensuring business readiness and operational stability after market launch.
• Track key performance metrics, conduct analyses, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, profitability, and scalability.
• Work closely with local and regional teams to resolve operational challenges, optimize structures, and strengthen country-level capabilities.
• Prepare progress updates, reports, and presentations for senior leadership, highlighting achievements, challenges, and next steps.
• Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders, including service providers and business partners, to ensure alignment during and after market entry.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine processes, frameworks, and resources to support successful market expansions.
