Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an End User Computing Manager (Singapore-Based) to lead the EUC service delivery team in Singapore. The role covers desktop support, device provisioning, patching, and governance to ensure high service quality and user satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in IT service delivery or EUC leadership, strong English communication, and proven experience in managing SLAs and performance reviews. This position is based in Singapore and requires leadership excellence.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• 4+ years of IT project management experience.
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and tools.
• Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of EUC services including desktop support and device provisioning.
• Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and service quality metrics across the team.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and user experience.
• Oversee incident and escalation management to resolve high-priority issues.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of EUC engineers.
• Conduct performance reviews and support career development.
• Communicate performance, risks, and improvement plans to leadership.
• Maintain governance frameworks, KPI tracking, and scoreboards.
