AbleAce Raakin Sdn Bhd is seeking a driven Sales & Marketing professional in Kuala Lumpur to promote and sell professional training programmes, with a focus on ESG, sustainability, carbon credits and related areas. You will build relationships with corporate clients and manage the full sales cycle.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Sales & Marketing, Business, Sustainability or related fields, plus experience in ESG or carbon credits.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business, Sustainability, ESG or related field.
• Experience in ESG, carbon credit, sustainability or related industries preferred.
• Proven sales, business development or client relationship management.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Result-driven, sales-oriented and able to engage corporate decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporate clients.
• Promote and sell professional training programmes in ESG/sustainability.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Conduct client presentations, follow-ups and sales discussions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and sales documents.
• Monitor sales pipeline and provide updates and reports.
• Collaborate with training and operations teams for delivery.
• Participate in networking events and marketing activities.
