Job summary

Allied Environmental Consultants (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. seeks a Senior ESG Consultant to join the ESG and Sustainability team.

The role is client-facing and commercially focused, with responsibility for seminars, presentations and public talks. You will deliver high-quality ESG consulting services, support business development, client acquisition and industry engagement. Key duties include leading ESG projects, conducting assessments, developing ESG strategies and reports, and advising on

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant ESG/sustainability experience.
• Degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, ESG, Engineering, Business or Finance.
• Strong report writing, presentation and communication skills.
• Willing to travel for client meetings and events.
• Confident public speaker with seminars/presentations ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support ESG consulting projects for corporate clients.
• Conduct gap, materiality and readiness assessments.
• Develop ESG strategies, policies, frameworks and sustainability reports.
• Plan and deliver ESG seminars, workshops and public talks.
• Support business development and client acquisition.
• Represent AEC Malaysia at conferences and industry events.
