Job summary
EPS Malaysia is seeking an experienced ERP leader to drive the Epicor rollout across six manufacturing sites, including Classic-to-Kinetic UI migration, ensuring timely and cost-efficient delivery. You will own the ERP roadmap, manage budgets and vendor relationships, lead a multi-site support team, and partner with operations, finance, and supply chain to standardize processes.
A Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering and 5+ years in ERP within manufacturing are required, with proven multi-site
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, engineering, or equivalent ERP experience.
- 5+ years ERP experience in manufacturing.
- 2+ years leading people or cross-functional teams.
- Led at least one full ERP implementation or major upgrade.
- Experience with SQL Server and REST API integrations.
- Knowledge of manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and inventory workflows.
Responsibilities
- Lead ERP implementation, upgrade, or migration projects.
- Manage multi-site ERP programs and budgets.
- Coordinate with operations, finance, and supply chain.
- Oversee vendor relationships and contracts.
- Ensure data governance and system documentation.
- Provide training and support to end users.
